Built for the people doing the work

The AI Training Summit is a three-day program for professionals who want to use AI well in their everyday work, whatever their role.

Every session is taught by a practitioner and paired with an exercise you complete in the room, so you leave with working skills rather than slides. The program is tool-agnostic: you’ll learn habits and methods that carry over to whichever AI assistants, platforms, and data tools your organization uses.

No coding background is needed for the Foundations track. Analysts, engineers, and team leads will find deeper material in the Applied and Leadership tracks.

What you’ll leave with

  • A personal library of 40+ tested prompt patterns for writing, research, and analysis
  • A working AI-assisted workflow you designed and built with a team during the build sprint
  • Session recordings and lab notebooks, available for 12 months after the summit
  • A certificate of completion worth 18 CPE-eligible hours, and a 90-day plan for your team

Three tracks, one shared foundation

Choose the track that matches your role, or mix sessions across tracks. Keynotes, the build sprint, and every meal are shared by all attendees.

Foundations

For every role. No coding needed.

  • Writing clear prompts with structure, context, and examples
  • Checking AI output for accuracy before you rely on it
  • AI-assisted writing, research, and summarizing
  • Working with AI in spreadsheets, documents, and slides
  • Protecting sensitive data when you use AI tools

Applied

For analysts, engineers, and operations teams.

  • Analyzing data with AI, from question to chart
  • Building workflow automations with human review steps
  • Search over your own documents with retrieval (RAG)
  • Testing AI features with simple evaluations
  • AI agents: tools, guardrails, and handoffs

Leadership

For managers, team leads, and program owners.

  • Deciding where AI fits in your team’s work
  • Writing an AI use policy people will follow
  • Measuring impact beyond hours saved
  • Designing a learning path to upskill your team
  • Choosing AI tools and vendors with a clear scorecard

Sending a group? Many teams split across all three tracks, then regroup for the build sprint on Thursday afternoon to apply what each person learned to a shared problem.

Agenda

All times are Central Time. Sessions marked as hands-on labs include a guided exercise, so bring a laptop.
