Information requested
The summit signup form asks for a name, email, company (optional), and attendance preference. The current PHP handler stores the submitted email address in a server-side file; it does not retain the other fields. The form does not request passwords or payment details.
Use of information
Collected email addresses are intended for event registration follow-up. The website does not itself send email messages. The site operator must establish an appropriate retention period and provide a privacy contact.
Third parties and security
Registration emails are stored locally on the website server in a restricted temporary directory. Use HTTPS and do not embed private email platform credentials in public website code.
Your choices
The event organizer should provide a contact channel for privacy questions and deletion requests.
