Three days of practical, instructor-led training in the AI skills every team now needs, from writing prompts that hold up to building automations you can trust.
The AI Training Summit is a three-day program for professionals who want to use AI well in their everyday work, whatever their role.
Every session is taught by a practitioner and paired with an exercise you complete in the room, so you leave with working skills rather than slides. The program is tool-agnostic: you’ll learn habits and methods that carry over to whichever AI assistants, platforms, and data tools your organization uses.
No coding background is needed for the Foundations track. Analysts, engineers, and team leads will find deeper material in the Applied and Leadership tracks.
What you’ll leave with
A personal library of 40+ tested prompt patterns for writing, research, and analysis
A working AI-assisted workflow you designed and built with a team during the build sprint
Session recordings and lab notebooks, available for 12 months after the summit
A certificate of completion worth 18 CPE-eligible hours, and a 90-day plan for your team
Choose the track that matches your role, or mix sessions across tracks. Keynotes, the build sprint, and every meal are shared by all attendees.

Agenda
All times are Central Time. Sessions marked as hands-on labs include a guided exercise, so bring a laptop.
Instructor office hours run each afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in the Clinic Lounge. Session-planning details will be shared once the event is confirmed.
Featured instructors
Every instructor teaches from systems they run today. Each session is reviewed by our program committee for depth, accuracy, and time spent practicing.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. The Foundations and Leadership tracks need no coding. A few Applied labs use light Python or SQL, and each one comes with a no-code path and starter files.
Can I switch tracks during the summit?
Yes. Your pass covers every session. The tracks you choose here only help us plan room sizes and lab equipment.
Are sessions recorded?
Recording access and availability have not yet been confirmed. Please check with the organizer before relying on recordings.
What’s the cancellation and transfer policy?
No ticket sales are processed here. Published cancellation and transfer terms will apply once an official registration system and organizer are confirmed. See the refunds information.
Will I receive CPE credit or a certificate?
Certificates and continuing education credits have not yet been confirmed. Ask the organizer about accreditation before registering.
Is the venue accessible?
Palmer Events Center provides accessible parking and accessible routes. Conference-specific services, including captioning and quiet-room availability, have not been confirmed. Please contact the organizer to discuss access requirements.
